Investing in massage is an investment in your health.
Swedish/Deep Tissue Massage
Swedish Massage is a very relaxing and therapeutic style of bodywork. It combines oils or lotion with an array of strokes such as rolling, kneading, and percussion to help the body improve its circulation. The benefits of this type of bodywork are wide-ranging and include relief from aches and pains, decreased stress levels in the body, enhanced mental clarity, improved appearance, and greater flexibility.
Deep Tissue is a type of massage that focuses on realigning deeper layers of muscles and connective tissues. It is especially helpful for the chronically tense and contracted areas such as neck, shoulders, and low back. Some of the strokes are the same as Swedish massage but the movements may be slower and the strokes deeper and concentrated in areas of tension. It is not uncommon for receivers of deep tissue massage to have some tenderness afterwards for a day or two.

Reflexology;
Reflexology is a science that deals with the principal that there are reflex areas in the feet and hands which correspond to all of the glands, organs and parts of the body. Reflexology is a unique method of using the thumbs and fingers on these reflex areas. This work helps to stimulate the healing process within the body.
